This brand was created for a Hawaiian poke restaurant. Drawing inspiration from Hawaiian folklore, the name “Mo’o” references shape-shifting dragon spirits known for their connection to water and weather, elements that reflect the freshness and vitality of the brand. A pop of red was incorporated to evoke the color of poke and to stimulate appetite, creating a visual that feels both modern and rooted in tradition.
